3 Creative Ways for Clients to Keep Coming Back

3 Creative Ways for Clients to Keep Coming Back

Are you getting great reviews but not seeing customers return? Give them a reason to shop or work with you again.  We have 3 creative ways to keep your clients or customers coming back to your business.

1. Loyalty Program

Ready to let your customers know you are here to stay? Free merchandise, rewards, coupons, or teasers for a new product, show your customers that you appreciate their loyalty.  Create a Loyalty Program and use a tier system to reward initial loyalty and encourage more purchases. Give them a little extra. Panera is a great example of a successful loyalty program. After visiting their restaurant a certain amount of times loyalty members receive a free drink, $1 off, or a free small dessert.

If you offer a loyalty program, another way you can lure customers in is by building a community. Customers want to feel like they aren’t alone. Provide members with access to an event, small social gathering, or social media page where they can discuss your products, interact with you and your business and possibly bring in more customers. Let them know they aren’t alone, you appreciate their business, and that they are more than just a number.

2. Keep the experience fresh and relevant

Emailing, social media, and event advertisements are powerful ways to interact with your customers. Give them an experience that is fresh and relevant; send them promotions, changes, or updates. Send them an interactive quiz and the results are the products that are a perfect for them. Keep their interest by providing them a little extra such as a discount for taking the survey. Does your company offer cleaning services? Provide cleaning towels after the service is completed and add your logo so they won’t forget you! Or maybe you own a car wash company. Give your customers with an air freshener. Keep them wanting to come back.

If you want to learn more about your customers you can send them a survey asking for feedback and ways you can make their experience better. Make sure you take the time to read and truly listen to their needs, wants, concerns, and critiques (good, bad and the ugly). This will help you understand your followers and how you can make your business successful.

3. Show your appreciation

Express your gratitude. Clients and customers want to show how much they mean to you and your business. When sending a package, add a personalized note, thanking them for their business. If they are a returning customer this is even more so your time to shine! Send them a personalized email thanking them for their continued business. Interact with them on a level they don’t expect. People shop at and do business with places that they can relate to and that seem human. Building relationships will pay off.

The design of your website, flyers, and even social media should all be based on your logo design and brand established. Brand guidelines gives the creatives that you work with a set of rules that they must follow in order for your brand to look consistent. If you are working with different creatives.

As you continue to build your business, continue serving your customers as best as possible. Consider using one of the ways above to keep clients and customers coming back for your services or products and your business will soar.
